Cases where returns/exchanges are accepted

In the following cases, please contact us within 3 days of product arrival.
・If the product received differs significantly from the product description and posted photos
・If the product was damaged during shipping
・If an incorrect product was received
・Initial defects (if a product described as "tested" does not function upon arrival)

We will cover the return shipping costs in the above cases. Please be sure to contact us via our inquiry form or by phone before returning or exchanging any items. We cannot accept products returned without prior notice.

Cases where returns/exchanges are not accepted

・Customer convenience (e.g., incorrect fitment based on customer judgment, different from imagined)
・Products that have been installed, modified, or disassembled
・Damage or malfunctions caused by improper handling by the customer
・If more than 3 days have passed since product arrival
・Scratches, stains, deterioration, or missing parts described in the product listing

Refunds

Once the returned item is confirmed, we will issue a refund via the original payment method. For bank transfers, we will refund to your designated account.
