Ordering Process

1. Search for products
　You can search by entering the part number, vehicle model, or part name in the search bar at the top of the page. You can also browse by manufacturer or vehicle model.
2. Check compatibility
　Please be sure to verify the "Compatible vehicle model, year, type, and part number" listed on the product page against your vehicle's registration certificate and the part number of your existing component.
3. Add to cart and proceed to checkout
　Enter your delivery address and payment method to finalize your order.
4. Order confirmation email
　An automatic confirmation email will be sent after you place your order. If you do not receive it, please contact us.
5. Shipping
　Once payment is confirmed, items will be shipped via Yamato Transport within 2 days (we also ship on Sundays). If you are in a hurry, please consult us about same-day shipping. We will email you the tracking number once the item is shipped.

Compatibility Check Request (Important)

Compatibility for used parts varies depending on the year, model, and grade. If you have any questions, please contact us before ordering with the "part number" or "vehicle model and chassis number from your registration certificate." We will verify compatibility for you.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to compatibility errors caused by the customer's own judgment.

About Used Parts

Our used parts are removed from dismantled vehicles. Even new or unused parts may have damage to their outer packaging due to long-term storage. All posted photos show the actual items being sold. Please note that there may be scratches, dirt, or signs of aging from use. Please check the product description and photos for the condition.

About Member Registration

You can place an order without registering. By registering, you can view your order history and save your shipping address.
